Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Inflaming public passions against a party, particularly a criminal defendant, and encouraging prosecutors to vastly increase the charges against him, is the very antithesis of calling balls and strikes.

Unfortunately, the personalities of the panel she is addressing her comments to matters, shame that it’s true. But I can say, on the merits of her arguments contained in the 4 corners of her motion are meritorious, and, IMHO, should be granted the relief sought. We’ve lost the importance of merits lately, which is the very reason we’re currently playing chess.

The dam holds back Wixom lake impoundment and flows into the Sanford Lake impoundment on the Tittabawassee River.
This will stress the Sanford dam but, at the moment, it is expected to hold.
Midland is still at flood stage but, it was receding quickly.
Nothing is being done to stop it.

Many posts indicate this is well known (D's attempting to steal election with vote fraud), it has been has been anticipated and a counter is planned.
No way is Trump and the Q team going to let this happen.
What you are seeing is the D's showing their hand, making the public aware that national voter ID is necessary. Before the Nov election this will be cleaned up.

Note: There was Biden-Poroshenko meeting on 3/31/2016 in Wash. D.C. where Biden announced the 3rd billion dollar guarantee.
By this time, Shokin was gone.
16 February 2016: Shokin submitted a letter of resignation.
17 February 2016: an official states Shokin has taken a paid leave”.
19 February 2016: press secretary Sviatoslav Tsegolko wrote on twitter that the presidential administration had received an official letter of resignation from Shokin. Poroshenko announces Shokin’s resignation.
16 March 2016: official of the prosecution office stated that Shokin had resumed his work.
28 March 2016: protesters called for Shokin’s firing.
29 March 2016: Shokin was formally dismissed in a parliamentary vote.
