Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

I didn't realize the entire "playbook" had been posted by Politico in March. How far in advance? Well, we don't know because the playbook is a government document posted without a date or authors' names.
Surely they couldn't underestimate TRUMP to the point they thought he'd actually use any plan they came up with??? Meanwhile, the left continues to pretend POTUS has "no plan" etc.
THe Politico article embeds the "playbook" and skimming it, I can see that the CDC and other "helpers" are deemed authoritative.

I’ve seen posts about their plandemic manual for a little time elsewhere... mostly produced post 9/11 by Bush admin, the Hussein/Biden team made sure it was up to date to include a Coronavirus section, you know, just in case.

They didn’t. The higher ups just used whichever underling was handy to make the request. Also to spread the guilt around and so they didn’t have to make the request themselves.
Why would a chief of staff be redacted?
Redacted names could be people that flipped and are cooperating witnesses? (of course the bad guys would then know exactly who is cooperating - which may be the purpose)
Or perhaps those names are still be looked at by Durham and need to be kept out of the public until he’s ready?
