Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Why was [NV] barred from entering prior to?

AG Loretta Lynch granted special VISA access to Russian spy Natalia Veselnitskaya after she had been denied. Veselnitskaya then met with Donald Trump Jr in an attempt to set him up. This was a derp state op and Lynch facilitated it.

Love those two guys on the Austin radio station (KLBJ 590). I always listen to them when I am in town. Amazing they are allowed to broadcast from that swamp (has to be because they are surrounded by free thinking people). Risking a trip to Dripping in June and will see what they have to say.
Therefore, those individuals that refuse to cooperate with contact tracers and/or refuse testing, those individuals will not be allowed to leave their homes to purchase basic necessities such as groceries and/or prescriptions.
