Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

Yes, the judge seemed to be responding to Obama’s rallying cry of perjury that he made in the released phone call with Isikoff. The DOJ (prosecutors) thought they were done until the judge came up with this new twist.
Makes you wonder if the released phone call was a message to Judge Sullivan to find something that sticks to the General, and oh, how about perjury?
I think so ... and now considering there must have been some noodling up front so that Hussein said what their plan was. There is appearance, in many of these things, that things happen “spontaneously” when, in fact, they are concocted, coordinated and manipulated.
What if the Obama crowd had set up a TOTAL surveillance system where EVERYBODY was being tapped. If the CIA/NSA had access to everybody’s devices and comms like we know they do have.
Then they made up FISA warrants to justify the specific individuals they found something on or could use to UMBRELLA surveil the real targets, like Q says.
In other words, the FISA warrants were just cover for dirty illegal surveillances on US citizens that had already been and were in place.
Example: While surveilling Carter Page, pursuant to a legal FISA warrant, we heard this from subject A who led us to subject B, who led us to THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BLAM.
I think that’s Q’s ‘umbrella surveillance’ in layman’s terms. Am I right? Or something like that.

That has been my understanding. FISA warrant on one person means him (her, zhe whatever) anyone it talked to or communicated with, and then anyone all those other peeps commed with. 3 generations. So that means a HUGE number of people to “legally” surveil.
the military has an excellent supply chain. I think that what he may have meant, but I am not 188% positive.

I will lay out my understanding in this thread.
First, intel officials were initially barred under our constitution and laws from capturing innocent Americans on wiretaps and surveillance of foreign officials and terrorists.
Then, they said, “Well, we need to sometimes capture those innocent U.S. citizens ‘incidentally,’ but we won’t store their information. We’ll protect their American rights.”
Then, they said, “Well, we will store the info for just a little while, but we will carefully control access and we will ‘mask’ or hide the identities of the U.S. citizens so they cannot be used for political or nefarious purposes.”
Then, they said, “Well, we need to store the names & info of the innocent U.S. citizens longer than we first said. And it will go in a database. But don’t worry, in the very rare instance when names are ‘unmasked’, it will be a careful, contolled process only a few can do.”
They added, “Nobody will be able to ‘unmask’ simply because they are curious or suspicious; there will have to be extremely important and well documented reasons directly related to national security. This will be extremely rare.”
Now, some are saying: “What’s wrong with unmaskings? There are thousands and thousands of them every year…”
(I was told back in 2015 that this process was increasingly being abused by bad actors.)
Note the comma in ‘It is happening, safely’.
Proper Ingles would be ‘It is happening safely’. The comma separates ‘It is happening’ to satisfy the anon’s request.
