Under NC law, the governor, a Dem, has to appoint a replacement from the same political party as the person who resigned from a list provided by that political party’s State chair.
So, we would not lose the seat.

Well I took my cat in for shots and checkup. I waited because I didn’t know if it had shots, and I didn’t want to over vaccinate it, as I had a cat die after vaccinations once. (Do you see this, Bill Gates?) Anyway, remember I thought it was a girl and called it Sarah? Well it grew a mane and got big, so I figured it was probably a boy, been calling him “proby”. Turns out he is an intact male. That explains the howling all night that started a month or so ago. Made an appointment to get him fixed in a couple weeks.

I had heard that before and thought it a possibility, but it went on for so long and financially ruined him, I had second thoughts. Did he know he was getting DS attorneys? Maybe it was part of the plan? When, in January, he asked to withdraw his guilty plea, it would have forced the DOJ to present evidence, which he knew would expose everything. Now the DOJ dropped it, is that because Barr and Durham are already going to expose it all? Knowing Sullivan, it’s not surprising he’s pulling this last minute hail Mary, but do the crooks really think it will work? Do they think if they can just get him in jail, they can Einstein him?
