Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

"Nobel" prizes are not given to reporters. I assume he's referring to Pulitzers.
My guess is he's deliberately saying "Nobles" so the media will report on the Tweet in seriously grave tones and the rest of us can laugh our asses off at them for getting successfully trolled again.

I noted above, it could be but I’m more inclined to think pedo joe keeps his campaign offices stocked with jeni’s ice cream; it doesn’t necessarily convey anything more than the photo I posted of biden outside one of her shops. In November of that year, 76% of Americans in a Gallup poll said they believed the stories that Germans had murdered many people in concentration camps. When respondents were asked to estimate the number of people who had been killed in these camps, however, it was clear that the extent of the atrocity was not yet understood. While 33% refused to venture a guess, 36% thought the number killed was under 100,000, 8% between 100,000 and 1,000,000, and 24% thought a million or more. By May of 1945, more of the public had come to accept the truth of what had happened, though some still held doubts. Eighty-three percent wanted to see the pictures for themselves. Six in ten thought these pictures should be shown in movie theaters throughout the US.
