That money could have helped a lot of Americans that need it. I heard politicians say that CV testing and medical care would be free. Then I heard Humana and one other company will cover the costs. So Congress didn’t allot money for medical expenses?

Before State or Federal govt took any action, Companies started asking employees to work from home. It started in Feb. On 14th Feb, When I went for Oral surgeon visit, they had a memo outside, “We are not seeing a patient who had visited China or Hongkong in the last 15days”.
So their reporter can ask snarky "gotcha" questions and play them and the answer (or an edited part of the answer) on their propaganda shows.
Networks that do not cover the press briefings should have their reporters replaced by scientists , mathematicians and health care specialists.
The White House needs an entirely new crew of TV technicians also. There is no reason for the photographers to be seen on the TV screen. There is no reason for the faces of the task force to look terrible. Whoever designed the big poster of the steps to slow the virus should be reassigned to another job. The lettering on it was far too small to be read.
Obama traveled everywhere with his own TV production crew. Too bad PDJT doesn't even have a good crew in his own White House.
