Last night my son that lives in Dallas called in an order from a steakhouse here, I had delivered steak, salad, loaded baked potato and the best cheesecake. That was a wonderful surprise and so thoughtful of him.

I make something the kids called Garden Garbage. ( they loved it ). Basically it’s a stir fried ratatouille Eggplant, zucchini , onion, garlic, peppers, fresh tomato and Parmesan. All grown in our garden. Never made it the same way twice ! Great with steaks on the grill and a BIG slice of watermelon.
We had a small plane that’s was stationed at Freeman Field (seymour) during WWII fly over our hospital this morning. Saw it as I was leaving Walmart. But didn’t get the lowdown till I got home and on line. I wasn’t the only one waving and cheering it on apparently. It made the local
