Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Re the hospital ships.
This is from a friend of mine in the medical profession.
I partly agree.
I do not believe that these are the temporary Prisons for the primary perpetrators.
Remember, that these hospital ships have also served to treat prisoners of war. (The enemy). Therefore, they would be appropriately equipped. Being stationed in New York City, and Los Angeles, they are available to service the two largest Democrat rat nests. They could be the initial triage area to deal with Rioters, Antiva, MS 13, Moslem and other terrorist groups. Having spent many years in the ER,, frequently we were the first stop for police with prisoners. We performed the drug and alcohol screens, along with evaluating any medical complaint the prisoner might have, Prior to being “Safely” incarcerated. And frequently there were complaints with regards to their physical handling during the arrest. This operation I would expect will be more “physical.”
I believe that there is already a significant amount of military within the Washington DC area, where Q reported will be the greatest activity. There is a far less military presence within the city areas of LA and New York, Therefore requiring the supplementary hospital ships.. Seattle would be another area of concern, but there is a significant amount of military stationed in the approximate area. The same would be true for San Diego, With a heavy Hispanic population. I guess there’s not much concern for San Francisco. LOL. Minnesota’s Somali population might also be of some concern.
The “takedown” must be accomplished with compassion, and not thuggery. POTUS must not look like the typical dictator. “Optics are important.” Misguided rioters need to be “red pilled” and simply released back into their community when things are safe. Detaining someone in a “hospital,” shows a little more compassion.
Note: From 1968 to 1974 I was in the Army reserves in Southern California as a hospital corpsman. We were a 750 bed hospital. We were so large, that we were divided Into four divisions Covering The four southwestern counties of California. We were told that our unit was Not activated during World War II,, because it would significantly deplete the medical providers in Southern California. Half of our unit would go up at a time for our summer camps. Initially they were at Fort Lewis Washington, and then later at the Presidio in San Francisco. Our initial mission was to take over these hospitals if activated, allowing the active duty medical personnel to initially go to the war area. I realize that things have greatly changed since then, but Fort Lewis definitely had enough barracks, with some leftover, to house us. I know that they rebuilt the hospital, but when I serve their, it was single-story with reportedly 7 1/2 miles of Hallway.
Hidden, just north of the eastern side of the Golden gate Bridge, there are two army camps. (Still seen on Google maps.). Originally they were artillery sites to protect the San Francisco Bay. When I was there, there were signs of it being a missile site, but you cannot tell whether or not personnel were actually located there. The first camp you came to was primarily being used as housing for enlisted personnel, and their families. The second camp, at the end of the road, had plenty of barracks and was basically empty. This is where we were housed. These are very isolated and protected by the mountains.. And of course there were signs all over, stating that that mountainous area was restricted area. Mass housing is available.

to your post and another by another above ... these things are lining up near perfectly for an DEM + Deep State + MSM conspiracy of the highest order to be exposed widely + directly + impactively (is that a word? lol) ... there are some other pieces that note how the media turned on Dr. Birx, for example - I think the mockingbird effect is at bay there and clear to folks who follow these threads ... but exposed to the masses? I presume that’s feasible + incorporated into the plan - given the subject matter and current lockdown status at hand ... wow. I think we may start using that word a lot - wow. TBD + WWG1WGA ;)

It was said at one point; I’m not sure specifically by “Q” but is a part of the deciphering & decodes that have been done. There was one point, early on, however, when people would quickly transcribe such things into their content / YouTube titles, etc., to quickly generate links so it’s not proven absolute but is always interesting and we don’t know what we already have ... I recall some thought there might be some embedded keys to things such as Wikileaks dead man files or something ... (fyi/btw where is Assange? I read a hearing was delayed due to COVID-19 I think a week ago). ThankQ :)

Apparently Chad Wolf, the head of DHS, used to work of a company that lobbied for more H1-B visas. From the Breitbart article linked at the tweet, this is not good, not good at all.
The current head of DHS, Chad Wolf, formerly served as a lobbyist for the NASSCOM outsourcing industry, which imports most of the H-1B gig workers.
