Paper should be about the same as cardboard. It absorbs moisture.
I have not seen anything specific regarding coated paper, or, for that matter, hard pressed (”calendered”) paper, other than one study on new Swiss Francs (pretty good, er, bad, virus survival - a few days, IIRC), but I’d assume coated and hard pressed paper to be nearly in the category of plastics and metal, painted surfaces, and so on.
OTOH, virus particles on hard pressed paper should respond to UV treatment (bright sun) much like virus particles on other hard surfaces. I’d assume a little “grey” area to be safe.
I’m also guessing the interior of a closed up car in direct sunlight on a hot sunny day will cook any human virus’ goose given 9-10 hours of heating. Would one day of such heat damage the pancake mix? (I guess if it has yeast in it, maybe so?)
I keep wondering if the 6 hours for cloth that I’ve seen stated in various places might vary with the type of cloth. My sense of it is that synthetics might be more, uh, hospitable to virus particles, but that’s just my guess. OTOH, irony would be if asbestos kills viruses quickly.
I don’t think Trump is ‘betting the farm’ on anything. It seems to me that it’s Fauci and Blix pushing for antibody tests. In an attempt to save the credibility of the CCP/WHO and the CDC that followed them like little sheep.
If we had large numbers of asymptomatics or ‘recovered’ in California, contamination would have shown up in urgent cares as flus in the lull between the Jan 31 airlifts and the release from quarantine 14 days later - around Valentine’s Day. March 6th the only CV were the airport quarantined and the quarantined airlift folk. Even with ‘community acquired’ and ‘imported’ CV in Santa Clara that same week, 20 days later California as a whole is in the 3K club, whereas NY is pushing into the 40K club. Recent testing in Riv Co. is under .5% positive, almost all are mild symptoms quarantine at homes. This area being heavy on illegals was likely chosen on purpose. So the 0.5% seems a good figure to predict CA numbers. Similarly, Oregon had one case about the same time as CA, currently have 300 cases. So it seems to be slower growth on the West Coast, nursing homes excepted, and not related to weather. Not lending much evidence to value of antibody tests.
Here is some NY death info....we need a numbers and charts person to contrast, compare and extrapolate :-)

I’ve been spraying my packages/letters with either Lysol (it kills coronavirus, you know...lol) or isopropyl alcohol and then setting them out in the full sun, to bake, for a few hours.
I’m hoping this process kills the China Virus, on these surfaces.
15 days are up, on Monday (3/30), right?

Wish I had the time, but I gotta get some sleep and then I gotta get up in 6 hours, then I gotta get in early for the seniors hour at the supermarket, then I gotta pray, then I gotta work on COVID-19 stuff for my job. Anything I do here is fit in between other stuff.
masks
there was an opinion piece in the Lancet a few days ago that put forth not wearing a mask was racist because it was insensitive to cultures that wear masks all the time, and should be encouraged in western culture (as a virtue-signaling device).
Good points.
But there may be explanations.
It’s worth it to actually look and see if there’s been significant immunization.
I understand!!
Thanks.
These PC leftists can’t make up their minds about what to be offended about.
Geez.
Don’t know what’s going on behind closed doors but the music and drunken hollering is loud.
We are losing the center of our country to coronavirus as we type.
The first report was 8 million missing cell phones.

Well, another travel vacation that didn’t end well. What part of stay home do people not understand. It’s a simple concept. Takes no brains. Takes no money. Put on some pjs and fuzzy slippers and chill.
I guess I might care if i’d ever heard of that “person”.
