I think they had a massive virus loading event there, at a funeral or something.
Unfortunately, the same sort of thing my have just happened in Carroll county last weekend, though they’re not say what kind of event it was.
11 people initially infected there.

You should be able to consolidate your cash on line. Contact the bank that has the cash and inquire about their bank-to bank transfers.
In addition, I’ll mention that it is better to use a credit card for on-line purchases — you have more consumer protections than the debit card does. Just pay off the credit card and you won’t have any interest.

There will probably be some spectacular dying in public scenes...and then we will stop again....
We need to build special facilities that house just CoVid-19 patients, in various localities across the country, and house the 2 strains separately, as well. That would help to assure that other facilities would be available to tend to other illnesses. It would also ensure that the virus would not spread to patients with other ailments.
I still cannot determine why they would target Iran or Italy though. I thought Iran were like compatriots to the Chinese. Italy welcomes in the Chinese with open arms even though they have wrecked their specialty fabrics industries and put many Italians out of work due to the fact that the Chinese made products, still carrying made in Italy labels, are being produced at lower costs then sold at lower prices because of cheap Chinese labor by many Chinese who are in the country illegally.
I was very lucky to find a freezer a few weeks ago when my freezer died on me. I had just bought a ton of frozen food and almost lost it all.
There are 2 variants of this virus-S and L. L is more lethal. S is milder. S is the ancestor ie original new virus.
Possibly an explanation.

We’re praying that none of our (3) freezers go out, during this mess.
I told friends, a month ago, to get a freezer and put in their garage. They rolled their eyes at me.
I should tell them to just TRY to get one, NOW.
The lethality of the strains have been anecdotal. I’ve seen them dismissed by the TV doctors. But these guys are so ill prepared you can tell they are making up shit based on their experience.
I don’t make too many posts about the anecdotal stuff, because it can’t be proved. But keep your ears tuned to L-Covid.

And in addition to that, look for any reports on strains. I think it might be why N.Y. is a mess (From Iran) and the west coast is just sick.
But no one ever asks. I find that odd. If we are talking about it, you would think journalist would.
