Pa Governor has on short notice closed the Pa unionized liquor licensed stores, which in PA are the only stores. This will cause these horrible bums to be paid while not working and get votes for the worst in life governor. We in PA need your support in defying this ban, which is a socialist government ban on free trade. Here is the number of the PR person for the PLCB (1 717 919 1905 Liquor Board) Elizabeth Brassel and the PA gov's number is 1-717-787-2500 These jerks need a lot of calls. Thanks for your help George
...Sounds like he might have already been wasted.
All this will do is trigger people to go beyond the border for booze and buy in bulk quantities.
I don’t see how shutting the liquor stores wins him votes. Wait til the ERs start filling up with alkys going into DTs.
Doesn't the state government in PA actually run the liquor stores? It sounds like it's way too late to be complaining about a "socialist government," if that's the case.
LOL, I was thinking the same thing.
Just keep your Wuhans off my Wawa.
Ohio black market just opened.
People need to be aware of their states official sites and their speeches.
BTW If people don't voluntarily do the right thing in this nat’l emergency then it's not unreasonable to expect the noose will draw tighter. That is just common sense.
Glad you got there in time ;)
Bastards. Who exactly makes decisions like these to make people so miserable? Just so unnecessary and dangerous.
Call and flood their phone lines. Blast their emails and fax lines. And, when you’ve done that, ROAD TRIP!!!
Or, you can wait for some of your neighbors to do the road trip and offer to sell to you at several times what they paid for it.
Needless to say, ‘beverages’ were on my prep list. I’m good for at least 6 months (thanks to Traitor Joes!)
Does this mean PA just became a Dry state?
This is not a national ermergency. It is an over-hyped media hoax.
Give it a rest. Wine and beer are still available in some of the grocery stores. Eastern PA is already seeing cases ramping up, and our medical facilities are bound to be under pressure from the combination of PA cases and NJ overflow. We’ll just have to do without the state stores for a while. I’m not a fan of Governor Wolf’s tax and spend orientation, but in this case I am glad he’s putting priority on public health.
No. You can still buy beer and wine in some of the groceries. It’s a hybrid system. The state has been liberalizing sales of alcohol.
Amen. Amen! AMEN!
Priorities are easy when its other peoples money.
