I suppose this could be considered a waste of time, but I thought it might be a good ongoing thread to track cases of the Corona virus that are directly or tangentially impacting Freepers.

I got something for you. A friend who I trust said a Grady EMT let him know that pretty much everyone at Grady has been exposed, and that the infection rate is 100 times what the confirmed cases are, but, there was no mention that the cases were more severe than regular flu.

today San Diego county announced a new case 12 miles from me. Olivehain Elementary school. Closest it’s come to my house in Vista.
One of my daughters is very sick and has the symptoms, she is waiting to be tested. She is quarantined at home with two young children, a husband and elderly mother-in-law.

My office is waiting on test results for the individual who was expose. Everybody is working from home and have their family in self isolation for precautions. It takes 24 to 36 hours to get test results. Hopefully we dodge a bullet.

Matthew Bracken ("Travis McGee") is a well known author who has contributed a great deal to this site and he is also a veteran who served his nation admirably. In any event, his opinion is certainly worth far more than anything you idiots have to say.
