Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Just saw the president press meeting.
Fantastic, he seemed to have the media jackals in much better control. Had a panel of about 10 who worked as a team in fielding questions. Looks like we are in a 15 day period and then re evaluate.
So at the worst it could last maybe till July. But I think it will be much quicker because of the measures he has taken. I was very impressed by this meeting.

As usual, the UK Daily Mail headlines are clickbait, this is what (at least according to their article) Trump actually said:
President Donald Trump on Monday released a series of coronavirus guidelines to slow the spread that calls for a lockdown of America, including the closing of restaurants and schools.
‘Each and every one of us has a critical role to play in stopping the spread,’ the president said in the White House briefing room.
He predicted the virus could be a threat until the summer.
‘People are talking about July, August, something like that,’ Trump said. ‘They could be right in that period of time where it washes through.’
But Dr. Anthony Fauci stepped in to clarify the guidelines were not in affect that long.
‘The guidelines are over a 15 day-trial guideline,’ Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said and added that they will be reconsidered after the initial run. ‘The president was saying that the trajectory of the outbreak may go until then, make sure you don’t think that it’s solid in stone until July’ for the guidelines.
The two-page list, called ‘15 Days to Slow the Spread,’ advises avoiding ‘eating or drinking in bars, restaurants, and food courts - use drive through, pickup, and delivery options.

In other report I can now personally confirm the Walmart in Encinitas, CA is stripped near bear of considered items. Fortunately I planned for this years ago but I needed laundry things I’ve had on the list for 2 weeks ... I attempted to go last week but it was too insane. So I sent back earlier. This time I walked right up to the register once I’d finished shopping but in the areas that people are seeking things for the shelves were totally cleared.
