Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Are there enough of us to weather this Storm? The anxiety I see in good sleepers is so sad to see. I do what I can to help but am praying for an event that opens their drowsy eyes to the Truth.
POTUS has given ALL; my only concern is that there are not enough of us to help him reach his goals. My heart will break if we let him down.
I am in the education world in a crazy liberal state, so I may just be immersed in panicked fools... my sample is quite skewed! ...but I would love my children to get awakened. I have to calm my husband down every day when I get home from work.

I’d say that young lady IS understanding from within. And has done her best to find truth. She may be off track in areas, but her intention is to follow Q, who is obviously Christian.
