When it asked for race we put white, and the breakdown from that we put AMERICAN. After all, our nation IS a melting pot. :)

It’s recommended to do it the way I did it to avoid problems with who pays, etc., but at least she’s aware of it.
A little levity is good for us.
It is interesting how few of the truly essential businesses can be done from a computer at home or from a foreign country. Also how many of the essentials are not done by people with a college degree.
