I think they are doing it for their minions. So they make it sound like Trump isn’t doing anything, and it is all their idea. CNN is only reporting one side of the conversation I’m sure.

Pres Trump also cited the anti-viral drug named Remdesivir. used against Ebola, as another possible treatment against Coronavirus, looked at by the FDA.
Pres announces that FDA has approved malaria-drug Chloriquine for use in treating Coronavirus. "It shows very very encouraging early results." He says it will be made available almost immediately. "It could be a game changer, VP Pence says tens of thousands of tests for Coronavirus infection are being performed daily. Reminds American people that “If you don’t have symptoms, you don’t need to get a test.”and maybe not," he says.
VP Pence reports about getting needed supplies for health care personnel. Says he's increasingly confident we’ll have the ventillators we need as the illness proceeds.

Look into container gardening or patio gardening. One of the best I’ve seen was a lovely full garden on a persons balcony. Even had two five gallon buckets with potatoes growing.
