Watched a lot of gardening videos last night. Realized at about 4:30 I had everything inside I needed to start a few tomato plants. So just did it. Felt very accomplished and went back to sleep finally.

If I lived in a high rise in a big city, I might be in panic mode myself. Perhaps Cuomo is beginning to realize that we are all in this together. I do not watch any TV news channels these days. I just check this thread so I will know if something dramatically different happens. My thanks to all of you who do watch TV.

I also heard that there are now 10,000 cases nationwide with 40% of those in NY.

So I can see him calming his peeps but not on national news.

Previously, he has said very disparaging and nasty things about our President so I’m not too sure about him being a friend.

They probably were friends before Trump became President and now that politics calls the shots, not so much, sad!

If you do decide to go out go very early in the morning. HD and other box stores are open early for seniors. Check with each individual store.

Sounds like she’s planning ahead better than everyone else.

I do miss the bougainvilleas that I could grow in Texas or California. And numerous other plants, there was one cactus that was really pretty. A sage I think.

How are you doing today?

This is interesting, my doctor and Asheville is still seeing patients in planning surgeries. The one in Winston-Salem has canceled everything for 3 months. I guess I’ll just wait and see what God’s plan is for me. So in the meantime I’ll just listen to the birds and plant some seeds today. Luckily I can hear the birds, the dog has shut up. For now.
