Just had a nice conversation with Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau of Canada. Great to hear that his wonderful wife Sophie is doing very well. The United States and Canada will continue to coordinate closely together on COVID-19.

Good post.

A great example of how our president takes the high road when it matters and repeatedly opens the door for others, giving them an opportunity for a reassessment and new beginning.

He did that repeatedly to no avail with Pelosi, Schumer and the like, hoping to forge productive working relationships.
But they proved to be too small to cast aside their childish partisanship for the good of the nation.

In this case, Trudeau has repeatedly turned his back on president Trump.
Yet here is our president, extending an olive branch to Trudeau at a time of personal strife for him and his family.

Trudeau - The door is open, it's your move...

.

That would take a lot to bake with it.

The first bottle of cough syrup son brought over with pro-biotics when we both had the colds.

Hubby bought just the daily dose stuff at Walmart and it is only 4 ounces and says to take it up to 1 oz. to 3 oz. three times a day.

This Gaia Herbs Bronchial Wellness Tea was introduced to us from a dog park walker is good for Support for Respiratory.

Hubby swore by it, I did not like the taste.

Canada is melting down the same as America. No toilet paper, etc. Trudeau can be counted on to do everything wrong. Everything. In all honesty, I haven’t paid any attention to what those in power are telling us to do. I don’t do much that would put me in any jeopardy anyway, so I’m just annoyed by the whole fiasco.

I say we’re being played....but we should be used to it.

So the Geritol Debate is at 8....thanks for that!

A friend introduced me to that kombucka mushroom tea years ago, she had the starter and gave me some, stayed in fridge and just added to it.Do not know why I stopped with it.

This is really an amazing anti ontioxidants , helped me and grand daughter get healthier with problems we have.
She had leaky gut.

I get it on Amazon for 13 bucks for 60, health food stores, it is 20 bucks, usually order 2 bottles and then get the free shipping as I am not a Prime user.
I take the 250 dose, grand daughter take 1000.

Just checked my brand of TP. It is made in US by Georgia Pacific. Think Nikk explored more information on US produced TP. IIRC as much as 90% of what is consumed in US is made here. It’s a bi-product of the forest industry.
At one time our small town had a large paper mill Made cardboard and huge rolls of a paper product that was later made Into paper towels and TP. A combination of inheritance tax and fire put it out of business. Some people became employed at factories in other states. Georgia & Pennsylvania comes to mind.

Great Job by Judicial Watch. Potentially a treasure trove. Too bad you are not given more help, but it will all work out!

Russia and 10,000 nukes didn’t bring us down in a 45 year Cold War.

Terrorist knocked down our buildings but did not bring us down.

Iran and their chanting of death to America for 40 years didn’t bring us down.

ISIS didn’t bring us down.

But toilet paper did.

Funny Joke I just took of another site.

While riding my Harley, I swerved to avoid hitting a deer, lost control and landed in a ditch, severely banging my head.

Dazed and confused I crawled out of the ditch to the edge of the road when a shiny new convertible pulled up with a very beautiful woman who asked, “Are you okay”?

As I looked up, I noticed she was wearing a low-cut blouse with cleavage to die for...

“I’m okay I think,” I replied as I pulled myself up to the side of the car to get a closer look.

She said, “Get in and I’ll take you home, so I can clean and bandage that nasty scrape on your head.”

“That’s nice of you,” I answered, “but I don’t think my wife will like me doing that!”

“Oh, come now, I’m a nurse,” she insisted. “I need to see if you have any more scrapes and then treat them properly.”

Well, she was really pretty and very persuasive. Being sort of shaken and weak, I agreed, but repeated, “I’m sure my wife won’t like this.”

We arrived at her place which was just few miles away and, after a couple of cold beers and the bandaging, I thanked her and said, “I feel a lot better, but I know my wife is going to be really upset so I’d better go now.”

“Don’t be silly!”, she said with a smile. “Stay for a while. She won’t know anything. By the way, where is she?”

“Still in the ditch, I guess.”

JIM. Don’t know what the rules are regarding this company. But the news needs to get out!

https://www.syracuse.com/coronavirus/2020/03/toilet-paper-manufacturer-says-it-wont-run-out-amid-coronavirus-panic-buying.html?outputType=amp

A Choctaw County plant is helping to meet the nation’s demand for toilet paper in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

As nervous shoppers strip grocery and variety store shelves of tissue, Georgia-Pacific’s Naheola mill is working to churn it out. The Naheola, Alabama, mill currently employs more than 900 people. It produces retail bath tissue and paper towels, and also makes bleached paperboard used to make Georgia-Pacific’s Dixie plates, cups and bowls.

...

However, the company says its existing inventory should be enough to meet demand. How? Georgia-Pacific also has a business-to-business side, which supplies offices, theme parks, hotels, restaurants and resorts. As Americans curtail travel and social activities to stem the spread of the virus, the company expects that demand to shrink. While the market picks up in one sector, it is slowing in the other.

“We’re a market-based company, so we’ll continue to review and adjust to meet any demand,” Abercrombie said.

....

Replying to @kasie The Senate can’t pass this bill yet. Per Secretary Mnuchin.... House has to pass a technical correction on Monday. There’s no bill to vote on.

Mnuchin: there will be a technical correction in the House bill Monday morning. Language agreed upon by Mnuchin, Pelosi and McCarthy didn't make it into the final bill so they'll correct Monday. Said they wanted to get it passed last night.

Lol - that darned toilet paper.

This whole thing is starting to look like slapstick. There has to be something else going on of which we are not aware.

I'm careful dealing with mushrooms. And for about a year I ate nothing with lettuce. I can't trust eating it without knowing nothing has been put on it. BUT my hubby and I drink hot green berry tea every night after dinner in the fall and winter months. I'm thinking the elderberry syrup would be perfect in our nightly tea. Thanks.
