Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

As you dig, look into the “how” they assess, collect and distribute fines.
They are a resources to the courts in sentencing for violations of the law. They develop fines guidelines for the Federal courts (a legislative prerogative). They also petition the court for summary judgement (30 days) even if waiting on appeal. CPFB then distributes the money to the darling causes of the Left who will then take that money and donate some of it to the DNC like the good little progs they are.

I like bleach but among some younger people it is too harsh. Well, they like safe cleaners and oils to clean. I can’t get my mind around it. Now I wonder if those safer cleaners would have any effect on serious virus problems. Doubtful.
