Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

There was this guy, Rich Higgins, who worked for the strategic planning office of the NSC. He was a Michael Flynn hire, so we're already deep into the Phantom Zone from the start. In May, Higgins wrote this memo, and it alarmed, among other people, H.R. McMaster, to the point that he 86'd Higgins and a handful of likeminded fantasts. The title of the memo was POTUS & Political Warfare. Unfortunately for Higgins, not many people were like me and confused it for a new gaming platform. Even more unfortunately for Higgins, Foreign Policy got a copy of the memo, and it is probably the strangest paper produced by the government of the United States

I don’t know if Lisa Page cut a deal or not, but I would imagine (or hope) that any deal given to these cretins would include a public admission of guilt on their part along with an apology and at least some jail time, however small. Letting them skate in exchange for testimony while allowing them to continue claiming that they’re innocent victims and attacking POTUS, is unacceptable.
