While we might switch to a plant-based diet with the best intentions, the unseen risks of vegan fast foods might not show up for years.
They might sound like a guilt-free alternative or a gateway for the vegan-curious, but vegan fast food alternatives are often worse for your health than the meat equivalent.

Let the food fight begin.
But, it is worth noting that the references in this piece are from genuine clinical dietitians.
Oh great. Now are vegan snacks not only horrible tasting but they are worse for you too.
Why am I not surprised?
“While we might switch to a plant-based diet with the best intentions”
It’s never that. Food perverts are either insane or fighting the revolution or both.
No honesty, ever.
Eyew...that’s just NASTY.
Meat is so demonized in the USA - but it is not our problem. Our problem is very basic (for most people and especially children): we take in more calories than we burn. KISS - eat less, play more.

I remember hearing how coffee is bad for you, then have seen other studies in which coffee was beneficial in some way.
Ditto with alcohol, that while alcohol abuse is bad, a glass of wine can have health benefits.
I’ve heard that eggs are a bad high cholesterol food, but also how eggs are very nutritious, and that consuming the cholesterol packed yolk does not raise cholesterol levels in people.
I’ve heard various nuts are high in fat, and St the same time, that the nuts are a very healthy snack.
So who do you believe about what subject?
real vegans drive chevrolet vegas...

Do they burn vegetable oil instead of gasoline? :-)
so they say...LOL.
Oh...and I like Ckassical Music.
LIGHT Classical Music.
What about Lays Potato Chips?
“...but vegan fast food alternatives are often worse for your health than the meat equivalent...”

Based on our teeth structure, we are omnivores, not carnivores.
I have 8 incisors and 4 canines...all good for meat. Used to have molars too which did the grinding on all sorts of different foods.
Look at the ingredients list on the back of one of those improbable burgers. They are a long way from being plants.
I believe that our digestive tracks imply the same thing.
