Humans have the most complex diet of any animal currently on the planet. Maybe that's why our physical anatomy is also the most complex. We require so many elements in the periodic table that eating just one thing, like lots of other animals, would kill us if done for too long. We need meat, fruit, vegetables, pizza, and ice cream. Well, I do anyway.

I have 8 incisors and 4 canines...all good for meat. Used to have molars too which did the grinding on all sorts of different foods.
