We are going to need to quarantine anyone coming into the US from Wuhan or other places with outbreaks—right at the airports.

Think of a planeload of Americans and our diplomats coming into LAX from Wuhan—how do we know if they are carriers or infected?

If no quarantine, out they go into the general population spreading the virus.
