He is a fine man from what I can see and helped in the Clintoon impeachment with Starr.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is preparing a resolution that would leave room for President Trump’s lawyers to move immediately to dismiss the impeachment charges if they so choose.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., announced that his initial plan of a pre-trial dismissal of the impeachment case against President Trump is now unlikely to happen, but he is pushing for the trial to begin and end as quickly as possible.
The Senate trial is set to begin Tuesday. Graham had previously floated the idea that the GOP majority could immediately vote to dismiss the case before hearing any arguments, but now he states that this does not appear to be a possibility given the lack of sufficient Republican support for such action.
What a shame. I was hoping for dismissal. I knew the regular cowards would not go for this.
Dismissal will not reestablish “the rule of law”. And will feed into the chatter that DJT is hiding something. As much as it would be nice to just get it over with the extra time and attention will reverse the destruction of the constitution and re establish the legal processes of the judiciary that has been eroding since the 1960s
I do get both sides. My thinking was that dismissal would reestablish the rule of law because the House does not have any legitimate charges for impeachment and it will set a dangerous precedent to go ahead with a trial when there are not even legal charges in place.

Unfortunately in the shortened version
“Case Dismissed”. Does not come with explanation. It is therefore open to being twisted to whatever reason the Rats deem it to be. Not good.
The longer version will allow i refutable testimony “proving” the synopsis That cannot be twisted by media or Rats when people watch and interpret for themselves.
I’m not seeing this as a bad thing, so much to come out at trial that the dims will not want to hear.
Maybe Linda is afraid of what is going to come out too.

Pool vans peeled off at golf club entrance and are now holding at the library across street.
