Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

I did try to track that but failed.
And I didn’t investigate enough to know if the picture was in Melania’s FLOTUS office or somewhere else. No idea why that was considered news enough to publish.
If it’s her office, given that her home office shows original art work, I would have guessed that those two were originals, too. Which means that they might, or might not, be identifiable. They both looked good enough to be Greek, rather than Roman copies. But we’d need to see closeups to guarantee that.
I enjoy her taste, and I love that she has enough money to indulge it. I love her clothes, and think of her as a canvas which she turns into art for us to enjoy.
