Just think of the many thousands of lives that would have never been snuffed out and all the trillions of dollars that would not have been wasted on the mideast
if president George H. W. Bush, Secretary of State James Baker and Ambassador April Glaspie had not given Saddam Hussein the green light to invade Kuwait back in 1990.
If that idiotic mistake had never taken place the last 29 years of bloody mideast turmoil would have been avoided and the nations of Iraq and Syria would not have been destroyed,
allowing Iran to move in as the dominant power.

Iranian state television says 35 people have been killed and 48 injured in a stampede that erupted at a funeral procession for a general slain in a U.S. airstrike. The stampede erupted in Kerman, the hometown of Gen. Soleimani during the procession there.

A 6.6-magnitude earthquake struck Puerto Rico before dawn, less than a day after another one hit the U.S. territory and caused heavy damage in some areas. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake hit just south of the island at a shallow depth.
