Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

So, our US Ambassador Foote, who is assigned to Zambia, threatens the government of Zambia With Withholding US Aid, ( $500,000,000.00 ), unless they agree to lighten up on punishing LGBT, that he claims numbers about 10% of their population,
( Zambia is most conservative, but was among the hardest hit from HIV-AIDS deaths, and still today suffers 250,000 HIV Orphans. The US aid largely consists of modern medicine, etc., to treat the Zambian population. )
Foote admits to speaking on his own authority and of no one else. Mutterings about POTUS not being *for the mistreatment of queers, etc.

I mean, this heavy-handed approach by Ambassador Foote with its quid pro quo echoes Slow Joe in Ukraine too much to be a coincidence.
I'm prepared to wait and see how this shakes out.
