That’s what I say to all of the libs I know/am related to....right after I explain the riches of Bezos, et al.
Merry Christmas, Vet.
Sounds like a delicious feast, regardless what the menu ends up being.
Enjoy the holy day, the good company and good vittles.
Judy...that’s the idea!!
You buy, they fly....into the kitchen and do all of the work. I like that idea.
And, like you said, you can have your turkey for NY Day.
The Charcuterie sounds divine, to me. Right up my alley.
Merry Christmas, Judy. I can’t wait to hear how every delicious thing turns out.
I am sooo past ready!!
I quit giving gifts a few years back. It got so difficult to know what to get for anyone and the grand-kids and great-grand-kids have so much they really don't need anything more.
So I decided on giving to those who REALLY need it. I listen and read news a lot and it seems this time of year there are so many tragedies locally. Auto accidents, fires, etc and Go Fund Me accounts are set up to help these people with funeral costs, medical bills etc;. So that is where all the money I would have spent on un-wanted or un-needed stuff goes now.
Thank you...and I do enjoy Him so!

Well perhaps that’s what I need to do...just let go of how it’s been and move ahead to where it really matters. I really have to think this through.
You have a Great Christmas too Jane....and I know you’ll be blessed as God is good!
America Prayer vigil Is beautiful tonight. The Star shines forth!
Blessings for this Holy Day

Obama says he is the first American President from Kenya.
Thanks, Jane Long. Excellent find.
Sunday morning The message at church was giving
Sunday night giving was mentioned numerous time both in the cantata and by the pastor.
Both mentioned the last verse in one of my favorite songs of the holiday
What shall I give him.
Poor as I am
If I were a Shepard
I would bring a lamb
If I were a wiseman
I would do my part
What shall I give him?
Give him my heart.
Remember Only God could afford to give a child that would save a broken world.
So was it then. So is it now Nothing we give can match his love for us. As we strive to be more Christlike it is fitting that we feel the need to give.
You are not selfish in wanting to give , You are blessed.
Merriest of Christmas. My friend.
Oh thank you so much....that was needed and received with an open heart.
And I want to remember this.......”Only God could afford to give a child that would save a broken world”...and I will ponder this as I retire tonight.

You are in a hard place with this. I suppose bring the gifts, say you already had them when you learned the rules, and offer to take them away again if they are determined?
For years my dear ones who gave me no presents got handknits from me. I loved making them ... nothing big, just socks or hats. One of the reasons I did it was because the whole time I was knitting I was thinking of that person and it made me feel closer to them. I suppose it was a way of packaging good will and good wishes for them.
I hope you wind up having a lovely time and make some great memories!
