Dads doctor found thru testing that all of his patients over 55 needed some D supplements. He gave me a copy of a study that said everyone that lived north of the southern Tennessee border had some deficiency. My endocrinologist says most diabetics are low in B12 and Paul’s said people who have drunk alcohol are almost always deficient in B1- folic acid. Am surprised that more doctors don’t test on a regular basis.
The doctor I mentioned yesterday sends blood work to a lab in the East because local labs don’t have the proper equipment to test for all enzymes.
With all the antibiotics we’ve been given through the years many are deficient just from gut damage/ leakage. Bless his heart he has our entire community, medical staff and patients eating better and looking for nutrition deficiencies as well “medical” needs.

Hi hm....
If Hannitus Interruptus lurked here, he’d quit being Hannitus Interruptus lol.
I have wondered if someone lurks here, like Bo Snerdly, or someone working for Hannitus....it wouldn’t surprise me.
So glad the president is home and having some relaxing time. Hopefully gets in some golfing before Christmas. He deserves a rest....not many presidents do such an amazing job turning a country from misery to burning success while under attack and impeachment at the same time!

I credit his military school background. His father recognized he needed discipline and he thrived under that atmosphere.
There were two positions of leadership given to seniors One voted on by classmates the other by faculty. He won both positions So half the year he served in one the other half he served in the other and yet he still enjoyed himself.
More than one of his friends mentioned the “ pranks” ! It seems if he didn’t initiate it he knew who did. FUN is always included in the description words his friends use to describe him. Kind- generous - caring are also included.

Did you and the grands get all the baking done?
My younger sister has her 3 grandchildren, from CA, and their parents of course, for Christmas.
She has been having a blast and posting photos on FB so we all can share in the fun.
Grandpa, her hubby, even dressed up as Santa and visited their home.
The look on the kid's faces was priceless!
