A three-judge panel of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 2-1 to grant a stay on a preliminary injunction on a lower court decision to halt the Trump administration rule. Despite this ruling, the DHS’ rule will still not be able to go in effect because of a separate nationwide injunction ordered by a district court in New York on the same issue.

I worked for a public employee union, most of them were proud communist and rabid liberals. I can say that they would not think anything was wrong with it, as long as the spying is done by the left. They are all about power, and will do anything to crush opposition. I worked there 10 years as CFO, so I didnt have anything to do with their operations but I do know what they think.
I always said I was going to write about my experiences there, maybe I should, as I’m not a journalist or politician so have no reason to make things up.
