So it looks like the report that politicians and pundits have been hyping for years will essentially tell both sides what they want to hear Let's wait a couple of hours for the real deal, rather than predictions. However, I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. When has a gov't report EVER been concise & definitive? They always end up with enough for both sides to point fingers at the other side & continue the debate for ever.
