Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:
"The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

It's more of a coded military communication or EAM, Emergency Action Message. It was noted several times on the last Q thread. I guess they are put out from time to time but what was unusual about this one was how long the characters were on this particular communication.
Some claimed potentially big things happen when you see a large communication like that from an EAM. Just more to be determined and here is more info about them:

The best Islamic site with youtubes I know if is Political Islam, Bill Warner. I just tried to find it but my computer is being bad. Search for “Why We Are Afraid”, best short history and his voice is so much easier to listen to than Bridgette Gabriel. Not saying she isn’t good, but Warner is absolutely top notch. He has many, many short videos, he has books too.

I love Bridgette. Her voice really doesn’t bother me. She’s so animated and upbeat. But what really impacted me the most was when she told her story of what she lived through in Lebanon. Everyone should hear that—cause that’s what’s gonna happen to us and our kids, if we don’t watch out.
KY reversed from DEM to “too close to call”; less than 5K separating. Bevin teams is challenging results in Fayette County, says that there were irregularities and the polling stations stayed late to get the last of the DEM vote they had stashed to figure out how many votes they needed (presumably). POTUS needs to drop the hammer ... first 2018 and now 2019. WH has released a statement that POTUS nearly pulled Bevin over the finish line and results remain to be determined. TBD ;)

I don't think Ukraine is a first-tier political player. What I see in Ukraine is a money-laundering bazaar where the wealthy shift money to the politically connected to gain power.
Perhaps Ukraine is an example of the cabal's broader strategy: use chaos as fertile ground for evil. When chaos reigns you can -- in Alistair Crowley's words -- do what you will.
