The next 2 days are going to be busy. Band tomorrow night at the Legion and hubby is making chicken wings. Chicken BBQ on Saturday and another band night.

Rusty, hubby said happy anniversary while seasoning the chicken as a joke ...... it's our anniversary and look what we are doing. ;-)

Fox is told GOP will note that Kent got 2nd hand information on the allegations and concerns about the phone call from Vindman. While Kent says Vindman expressed concerns about the call, Kent only gave Hse investigators his interpretation of how Vindmam perceived the call.

Trump Foundation lawyer Alan Futerfas said the nonprofit has distributed approximately $19 million over the past decade, including $8.25 million of the president’s own money, to hundreds of charitable organizations.
almost all the money in the Trump Foundation was donated by Trump himself. I don’t think that the Clintons donated $8.5 million of their own money (and how did they earn money anyway?) in all the years of the Clinton Foundation. The CF holds seminars in five star resorts where they “raise awareness” of problems around the world. The people suffering as a result of these problems get almost zero help.
The”portrait” that Trump bought was a speed sketch artist’s rendition of Trump himself. It was sketched during the fundraiser and then raffled off the money went to a charity. I think it was completed in under ten minutes.
Trump must just want this kerfuffle to go away. Having the fund raiser for the military instead of spending a few hours getting slammed by Megan Kelly was a brilliant move on his part. Those so-called debates were insulting and boring.

I just watched this White House ceremony in which President Trump honored Rick Riscorla for his heroism in saving the lives of more than 2,700 persons in the World Trade Center. When the loudspeaker was telling people to shelter in place, Rick went from floor to floor and room to room telling his people to walk down, to get out. They had practiced this evacuation drill. Now that is a HERO. He has been honored around the world for his heroism. His wife gave a moving tribute also.
I love President Trump. Thank you, Exit82, for the link to the ceremony.
