almost all the money in the Trump Foundation was donated by Trump himself. I don’t think that the Clintons donated $8.5 million of their own money (and how did they earn money anyway?) in all the years of the Clinton Foundation. The CF holds seminars in five star resorts where they “raise awareness” of problems around the world. The people suffering as a result of these problems get almost zero help.
The”portrait” that Trump bought was a speed sketch artist’s rendition of Trump himself. It was sketched during the fundraiser and then raffled off the money went to a charity. I think it was completed in under ten minutes.
Trump must just want this kerfuffle to go away. Having the fund raiser for the military instead of spending a few hours getting slammed by Megan Kelly was a brilliant move on his part. Those so-called debates were insulting and boring.
