Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Construction on a new border wall in Texas where none previously existed has begun along the Rio Grande river, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) confirmed to Fox News on Friday.
While 75 miles of wall has already been built under the Trump administration, until now all of those structures replaced existing ones such as vehicle barriers or dilapidated fences, which were ineffective before being replaced, according to the agency.

Short Video, but important! Keep in mind Representative John Ratcliffe has seen everything, so he knows what the IG has in front of him and the IG knows Ratcliffe knows what’s in front of him. He’s also got that “Shit Eatin” grin on that somebody has when they know they are right and can’t wait to be proven right.
He also says, with a sneaky kind of confidence, that the IG could have already sent criminal referrals to Barr even though the report has not been released yet.

But I thought there was “A,B,C, order to the madness and that the IG Report just had to come first, per Q. Unless there is a hitch with the hound Horowitzless. Or,.... perhaps necessary “disinformation”.
What you and I see with at least our own lying eyes is that Horowitz is truly a speed bump to be crushed on the way to justice.

Why would the criminal targets get to see the Report, I wonder? They are not yet in court, where the defense is then lawfully permitted to be made privy to the evidence against their client. I don’t quite follow.
I think there is a lid on that container. I could be wrong. Can’t blow up large enough to guarantee it. Cup seems to be lavender on closer inspection and the lid white. Idk.
