Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

Unsurprisingly, many conservatives like her. She has a military background, is more moderate than the other leftist candidates, and aligns some of her views with Trump's. However, the odds are the she will eventually drop out from the democratic primaries to run as an independent, thus taking out some of Trump's votes.

Gen. Vallely was asked by a listener in Mike’s chatroom, “Who’s the individual calling himself or themselves Q?”
Gen. Vallely answered the following: “Q-Anon is information that comes out of a group called ‘The Army of Northern Virginia.’ This is a group of military intelligence specialists, of over 800 people that advises the president. The president does not have a lot of confidence in the CIA or the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) much anymore. So the President relies on real operators, who are mostly Special Operations type of people. This is where ‘Q’ picks up some of his information.”
As many of you know, the Deep State succeeded in silencing Q last July by forcing the internet server (8chan) to cease operations. The owner then created a new server of his own, so that he can maintain full control over it, calling it 8kun. This is supposed to be operational any day now, and when it does, everyone expects Q to continue posting his updates on the news behind the scenes.
I suspect that when these posts resume, Q’s readership and popularity will skyrocket, and the Deep State will panic even further. This is a media war to “control the narrative.”

It it is a flame Mudra (meditative hand posture) which happens to be featured in crane-style Kungfu. This posture probably originated in India like much of the roots of Kungfu--a Buddhist-influenced martial art. (Buddhism migrated to China from India.)
