Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Why do I get the feeling this innocuous article is a HUGE deal?

This has been going on for years. Cartels have hundreds of them. They are cheaply built and can transport a few tons each. If law enforcement tracks them, they just sink the sub; possibly to salvage later ... or not.

As for subdued, I think that was just him talking slowly and clearly so those auto ear translator things everybody is listening to, work better...

BUT, I don’t think he is worried in the slightest about democrats latest outrage, I think they finally fell into a long set trap!
He is pretty good at knowing his audience... I also listened to the speech at a recent GOP summit and then over the weekend in Texas talking to 50,000 Indians at the Modi event and comparing those with the UN speech, all three of those were quite different from each other and all WAY different than Donald Trump at a rally!

Also, Since 2018, Ukraine officials have been trying to transfer information regarding potential crimes to American Justice, and getting no where.
State Department asked Rudy to talk to an official to try and help. This was reported by LSM as being opposition research initiated by Rudy/DJT.
