Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Interesting coming from a man who has no idea the design of the bunks, their height, or the availability of an opportunity to tie off a sheet to the top bunk.
Also, have you ever tried to fall down face first without stopping your fall with your hands? Most people will try to catch themselves with their hands before they hit face first no matter how hard they try not to. I would imagine it would take a great deal of discipline to not involuntarily straighten your legs as you fell and ruin your wonderful plan.
I consider that uninformed guy's opinion to be balderdash and hogwash. Of course anything is possible.
Its also possible that Epstein tied off to the fire sprinkler on the ceiling, did a swan dive off the top bunk, performed a triple lindy after having measured the sheet/noose just so as to catch himself two inches from the floor at the appropriate angle and with the right amount of force to snap that particular small bone and force it back, breaking the ones behind it.
