Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

“The man who gunned down nine people in Dayton, Ohio, was known at a local bar as an ever-friendly, happy guy who sometimes came in for a beer or two and was never a troublemaker.
Fellow customer Mike Kern says he sometimes played trivia with the slain shooter, 24-year-old Connor Betts, at Romer’s Bar & Grill in Bellbrook, Betts’ hometown southeast of Dayton. Kern says Betts often knew answers about current events and pop culture and never discussed violence.
Kern describes Betts as “the nicest kid you could imagine.”
Bartender Andy Baker says Betts was at Romer’s last Monday and seemed fine. Baker says when he saw Betts identified as the shooter in the early Sunday massacre in a popular entertainment district, he thought: There’s no way that’s the guy.”
“The shooter who police say opened fire in a popular entertainment district and killed nine people in Dayton, Ohio, is a 24-year-old man who went to high school and college in the area and worked at an eatery.”
“Sinclair Community College says Betts attended there and studied psychology but wasn’t enrolled this summer.
Chipotle confirmed he worked at one of its restaurants but released no other details.
Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Local Schools also confirmed Betts graduated in 2013 but didn’t immediately release information about his records.”
