I wonder how the law defines "grooming". Webster's dictionary defines the base word groom "to make neat or attractive". So does that mean if a group can claim dressing like a slob is part of that group's culture than employers cannot enforce a dress code? Many black males like to wear their pants low exposing their underwear, is that now "protected"?

Your thoughts and your feelings belong the State. Do not deviate from the Party Line. There will be consequences.

Though it is easy for us to perceive the wild instability of the Roman Imperium in its final days, it was not easy for the Romans.

Americans who have succumbed to the fatal disease of empires known as decadence have no idea how insane they are or how sick they are with the fatal disease.

Having sat in a big company board room I can say that the first consideration is always, “what is our liability?” The more “rights” the government gives a group, the fewer of that group wins employment. The risk of hiring them is too high. We saw this with the plunge in disabled employment right after ADA passed.

“”traditionally a part of their culture””
What culture is that? Certainly not OURS! They’re free to leave any time for a country that practices their culture.
Is crime part of their culture also?

I wonder how this will clash with health department regulations for food service-type jobs. I also expect that the military and law enforcement are not going to be too keen on just any old hairstyle.

How about banning corrupt, amoral, bottom-feeding, power-hungry, wacko dictators like Jerry Brown, Gavin Newsom, Madd Maxine, Eric Swallowswell, Xavier Becerra, Horizontal Harris, ChiFi, et al?

The inherent attack on the liberty of one to make decisions on how to allocate his or her property, in a once free market, will apparently continue, until moe of us wake up to the realization that the whole approach is inherently flawed.
