I wonder how the law defines "grooming". Webster's dictionary defines the base word groom "to make neat or attractive". So does that mean if a group can claim dressing like a slob is part of that group's culture than employers cannot enforce a dress code? Many black males like to wear their pants low exposing their underwear, is that now "protected"?

Having sat in a big company board room I can say that the first consideration is always, “what is our liability?” The more “rights” the government gives a group, the fewer of that group wins employment.
