Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

No need to be alarmed. We don’t know what will happen or if it will happen. We have been cautioned to prepare before and have not needed to address any sort of emergency. They are the military, they plan for every eventuality.
We still have each other. If for some reason we couldn’t access the Internet, there’s still people in our lives who would work with us to manage any and all issues. We’ve been asked to prepare a number of ways.
We were advised to save information offline in case websites or Internet service is taken down for a period. It’s a good idea to save down videos and print material you would need to red pill others because we are being advised to “prepare” but others are not.

Ah...where was I...yes...preparation. I’ll put an old Q drop below wherein POTUS advises families to develop a plan to deal with natural disasters. For Q’ers, that could mean areas of power outage or Internet outage. It could mean a neighborhood or town isolated for a few days to root out bad guys and so the public might be asked to “stay home.”
So the plans you make for natural disasters are useful in many scenarios. One of the most basic is agreements with family members where to meet if members were not permitted to return to their neighborhood. Communication can be tough and arranging in advance locations to meet up (relative’s home etc.) can take the stress out of adapting to unanticipated events.
Yes - extra food is ideal but again, if you are not prepared with extra food right now, we will still have people in our lives to work with us if there is an emergency.
I think a BIG BIG part of preparation is making sure we don’t call upon public resources that may be needed elsewhere. In my neighborhood, a water supply was taken down for maintainance and I found a flat of bottled water on my porch. They sent crews around delivering flats of water to EVERY house in a neighborhood. If many can plan in advance, the load on emergency staff to distribute supplies is reduced and they are made available to assist elsewhere.

There is a drop like that, but it may have been planning for a prior challenge the DS posed to our country. I can see where they would arrange it like that - makes good sense.
