Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

If PROVEN, this could result in prosecution of Zero.
However, the only chance of PROVING OBAMA'S LEGAL CULPABILITY it would be the video recordings of PDB which Q says "We have" -- and assuming they unambiguously show Obama ordering Brennan, Clapper & Comey to break the law.
Even if white hats have these, I don't think it is likely they could be introduced in court (for many reasons).
I'm sorry, L.J., but I do not see your other excellent points as leading to prosecutions ... UNLESS (as I have said before) ... there is a bright trail from Hezbollah or Iran into Obama's bank accounts (unlikely).

Have you read the modifications to the Manual for Courts Martial, specifically the parts about civilian participation, but also the relaxed rules of evidence? If not, find them & read them. I have, and they’re very illuminating.

I also agree with part of ichabod1. Yes, they will CLAIM they didn’t know. Like many of the lies they’ve told.

You make very interesting points, but all of them assume that a military justice system will be invoked in a way which I don't believe has ever occurred in the United States.
It may be that this attempted coup d'etat results in just such an outcome; but, in my opinion, in order for this to occur, there has to be an ABSOLUTE SMOKING GUN of a conspiracy to overthrow the duly elected government of the United States -- and NOT JUST BY DIRTY POLITICS.
Of course I do not speak for you or anybody else.
I will say, your approach DOES OVERCOME one of my serious objections--that a jury system which couldn't convict O.J. is incapable of convicting Obama.

Since the truth of his identity needs to come out publicly, then he can go back to the actual country of birth, or better yet, imprisoned. His birth country won’t imprison him.
