Our plums have been/are ripening.

Too busy to even pick them and can them, this year. Darn shame, too....they’re delicious and are YUGE, this year, from all of our rain.

Our lilies are all in full bloom. Beautiful.

I made a giant wooden sunflower on small red barn where other people put their wooden quilt square. We use the seed for the birds. They never sees themselves here. The birds eat the seed

Plums....yummmmm.
Lilies are lovely. I have one but has not bloomed yet.
I have two plum trees but they are small prune plums as my property was once a prune farm I the 30’s and 40’s.

What is also interesting is the list of departments to whom Trump’s memo was addressed. Department of Energy?

I love plums. Our cherries are beginning to turn. Lots of pears and apples on the trees. Always enough for us and enough to share. Peaches and plums don’t do well for us. But our Granny Smith make up for it.

For Moniz, that includes the Loan Programs Office, which made capital available for the deployment of energy technology. After—and despite—the well-publicized Solyndra debacle, that program has experienced few losses and generated substantial returns for taxpayers. Also on Trump’s chopping block are ARPA-E, a research program modeled on the famous Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, and a new structure Moniz created at the Department of Energy called the Energy Policy and Systems Analysis Office, which he says was designed to and received bipartisan support.

I think the energy department is involved because of George Papa. Here's a Tweet of his

George Papadopoulos @GeorgePapa19 · May 9 Flynn and I were threatened with Logan act violations. Why wouldn’t Kerry also be? I was because I was promoting US energy companies and set up a meeting between Trump-Egypt’s President, nothing nefarious there. Kerry wants the Iranians to stonewall America. Big difference.

I read his book (a super read btw) George was trying to get US to build gas terminals in Cyprus rather than Turkey to get gas to Egypt. Also he represented Israeli energy interests between US.
