Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

States are not permitted to enter into agreements with another state without approval from Congress.
So the popular vote is dead as long as the GOP holds either House or Senate or Presidency.
Who knows, maybe he has changed. I live in VA and he dropped off my radar following the convention. But as I say, I trust President Trump and I'm sure he remembers KC's shenanigans at the convention. The fact that he's still offering him a position says something.

This is how Trump is going to win all the blue states, even those who don't vote for him. In a fair election -- that's where prayers are needed -- Trump wins the popular vote running away.
Abolish the electoral college?

That’s exactly the aim of states allocating their electoral votes to the winner of the popular vote nationwide (gong around the electoral college). The Dems know they can only dominate so many states’ popular vote. Actually allocating all electoral votes to the statewide winner is diluting the intent of voters.
Each Electoral College vote represents the will of the people living in each Congressional District, along with two additional electoral votes per Senate Seat.
If an amendment or law was passed stipulating that each electoral vote be allocated to the winner in each Congressional District, the vote in the Electoral College would have been completely different, for many Presidential elections.
The two electoral votes per state allocated for Senate Representation could be assigned to the Senators themselves. Of course getting rid of the 17th amendment would allow state legislatures to determine the allocation of these votes.
This would, in my opinion, result in Presidential elections really being the will of the citizens, rather than political party manipulations. Political parties could no longer swing elections by manipulating votes in large urban areas, but would have to campaign nationwide.
The effort to assign Electoral College votes to the winner of the nationwide popular vote, is in fact an effort to ignore and dissolve the intent of the Founding Fathers to have a truly Representative Republic.
That’s why Maine can set theirs by Congressional District while most states are winner take all.

In my opinion Maine’s model is exactly what is needed nationwide. Imagine who would have won in 1960, 1992, 2008, and 2012. Would love to see the research.

Absolutely against election by popular vote.
1. That’s just mob rule.
2. In the current tech environment, it’s an invitation for fraud. The derps only have to cheat massively in the high population areas in order to steal the election. (Which is exactly what they’ve been doing for decades.)
I think arguments can be made (as in post 1446) about tinkering with the Electoral College, but I haven’t studied it well enough to have a reasoned opinion on it. For now, my opinion is that the EC has been a pretty good system for over 200 years, and barring fraud, it has served us pretty well.
One thing I’d like to point out is that regardless of what system you have, there is never going to be a “perfect” system. And regardless of what system you have, whenever a derp loses, he is going to squawk about the unfairness of the system. Translation: “I didn’t know how to make it work to my advantage and now I’m mad because I lost. We should change the system so that I can win.”
