Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

So you wouldn’t address the Surgeon General as a General, but Admiral. Because they are not Generals, although they do have a military rank, under a different legal basis. Same with the Attorney General, who do not have a military rank at all, but a title based on their position.
The slide has been interesting, but it has probably gone on long enough. I learned about the Surgeon General being an Admiral, and confirmed that the Attorney General is not a General, just a general, non-specific, attorney.

What if the texts suggest foreign allies were involved?

1 and 4 also correspond to the recently settled Stop and Shop strike.
I think they are trying to get one candidate in there that satisfies every part of their intersectional “quilt”, if you will, and then they are going to go about the process of homogenizing the elements of each of them into one bland candidate. They always act radical early on when there are no consequences, but tack center when it gets closer to reality.
