Yes, for me. I normally eat active yogurt every other day. Also got a probiotic pill, but I learned to not use them on the same day.

But I use the Amway one in with the yogurt and mix it with berries and nuts. Works quite well. I only use the pill if I don’t eat any yogurt that day.

From Dec 8 till Feb end, I took so many medicines, now I am unable to digest Mile or milk products, beans, some vegetables, flour (white or wheat) etc. Everyday some issue with Gas, bloating, stomach ache, stomach reflux etc. I eat yogurt but want to improve my stomach bacteria.

If you were put on Nexium for stomache issues by your doctor STOP them use Zantac at most instead.
