My theory has the mid-level traitors, coup plotters going first and setting the stage and mood of the country for the big fish. Roll up the Brennans, Comeys FBI/DOJ soldiers, relasee ALL the dirt in the interim, then go for the ringmasters.

I know who the whole country can agree should be in the first bracket - and it was already suggested above - (John) PODESTA. Now he doesn’t have anything to do with FISA etc. (aside from being HRC campaign manager & links to Fusion GPS etc.) - and Glenn Simpson, too. Those guys are like shooting fish in a barrel.
