At 69, Paul Manafort is facing 19 1/2 to 24 years in prison under sentencing guidelines. His lawyers have asked U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III for significantly less time given his age, poor health, low risk of recidivism and cooperation with Mueller’s probe.

They get recruited through the Center for Talented Youth at Johns Hopkins University and the Duke Talent Identification Program. Both are opportunities for young talents to test into and obtain “training” that will help them pursue their natural abilities.
